Postpartum Depression and Anxiety Counseling

You might be wondering if it is normal for you to feel overwhelmed and sad after baby is born when everyone else seems so happy. It is common, but is not talked about very openly. Many call this "Baby Blues" or postpartum depression. Some moms experience these feelings of worry or sadness for a short time (PMAD). Others feel deep confusion and anxiety for a long time. Any of these moms could benefit from talking to a counselor that specializes in postpartum depression. They can give you hope and tips to guide you to feel better.
