My passion for supporting women and families began with my own journey through motherhood. I experienced early pregnancy loss, bed rest, an emergency C-section at 33 weeks, time in the NICU, and later, a successful VBAC induction. These experiences sparked a deep desire to help other women navigate the joys and challenges of birth—but with three young children, I started that mission in the best way I could: as a birth and newborn photographer. Over 20 years, I was honored to witness countless birth stories and support families through those tender postpartum weeks. I often found myself offering encouragement to mothers experiencing early signs of postpartum depression or simply needing reassurance.

Eventually, I felt a clear call to take the next step—becoming a certified Doula. It was one of the best decisions of my life. I believe I was created to walk alongside women, offering education, advocacy, and heartfelt support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Whether it’s praying together, chatting over a peppermint mocha, taking a walk, or being present during life’s most sacred moments, I show up with an open heart, listening ears, and a deep commitment to every family I serve.
